22/3 Kim Dotcom wins back money

Kim Dotcom is set to receive $20,000 per month from interest on Government investment in order to cover legal expenses and $301,000 at $40,000 per month for living expenses accord to a decision by Judge Judith Potter.

This will come as some relief to contractors and staff of the Dotcom mansion who have been out of pocket since the spectacular raid in January.

Dotcom is still awaiting extradition, to the US where he faces charges of racketeering, copyright infringement and money laundering.

The asset seizure may have been subject to a procedural error, but this has yet to be determined by a judge.
